ERP Quality Management For Enterprise Integration

With the continuous development of science and technology and the increasing competition of the market, all walks of life are integrated with other systems based on ERP. The quality of system integration is the foundation and essential factor of enterprise integration. Especially in the communications industry as a new industry, it is not like other industries, such as manufacturing, textile industry has more integrated experience can be used for reference. In this context, the research and analysis of the integrated quality of the communication industry in the integrated system is of great significance.The main work of this paper can be summarized into the following aspects:First, analyzes the quality management and the characteristics of the current network information environment, discusses the relationship between integration and quality management. Secondly, based on the necessity of ERP information integration system, the communications industry in ERP system and other system integration analysis, it is concluded that in order to improve the integrated quality system, we must to solve business processes, data and integrated quality evaluation, a series of problems. The communications industry, the system of integrated quality evaluation index model and the index system integration engineering quality management assessment for target layer to system integration readiness capability, system integration process of processing capacity, integrated system of maintenance reconfiguration capability dimension index.Finally determine the approximate ideal solutions for sorting method and analytic hierarchy process method as the principle to do the quantitative calculation method, put forward the corresponding calculation steps, and then through the MATLAB software for a communications enterprise data into the calculation of heavy exercise. Finally, for a communications enterprise integrated quality system were relative evaluation and calculation, and the results of comprehensive evaluation is described in ranking is not ideal indicators were analyzed and put forward the corresponding improvement measures.Integrated system engineering quality management evaluation index system and activity integration point of communication industry is applied to a specific communication enterprise, and in the ERP engineering module. The conclusion of the case and the theoretical method can reach the practical scope and have some reference value for other enterprises in the communication industry.
