Research On The Quality Cost Control Of A Serialized Software Engineering Project

Taking a serialized software engineering project as object of study,this paper explains the applied research process of the theory of quality cost control in software project.Proceeding from the fundamental concept of quality cost structure in the theory of quality cost control,it compares the basic definition of cost in quality cost structure and the definition of process in software implementation process,and integrates the cost generated during software implementation into the theoretical system of quality cost analysis.Through analyzing financial data,this paper hypothesizes the problems that might affect quality cost during software implementation and believes these problems cause the rise of quality cost.Through further demonstration to these problems,it proves their impact and gives solutions.During research,the author first reviews the development of the theory of quality cost with theoretical research method,and then gives basic concept of quality cost structure and introduces the theory of quality optimization.These theories are the foundation for quality cost optimization of software project.There is no effective theoretical framework problem for reference in financial analysis of this object of study.To solve this,in theoretical basis,the author compares the basic definition of cost in quality cost structure and the definition of process in software project,integrates the two theories into one theoretical framework,and hence builds the frame foundation for application of quality cost structure in software project.In this theoretical framework,the author conducts statistical analysis to financial data from perspectives of data approach and research method in a scientific manner.On this basis,he finds that there is severe problem in proportional relation of prevention cost,appraisal cost and failure cost during software implementation process.Interior and exterior failure cost accounts for over 54% of all quality cost.On the basis of quality cost analysis,he also hypothesizes the problems that cause the excessive failure cost during software implementation through reverse deduction.To prove the validity,the author conducts careful investigation to the hypothesized problems by means of questionnaire survey.By analyzing the results,he proves that the 8 problems that might cause failure cost rise are valid.He also gives solutions aiming at these problems.These are the content of this research.The innovative significance of this paper is applied research of the theory of quality cost control in software implementation.In addition,the cost classification and collection method in financial analysis,the analysis orientation method by means of software engineering theory and questionnaire survey as well as the thinking that instructs software process improvement with the theory of quality cost optimization,all provide effective reference for researchers in similar research.
