The supply chain management mode of the enterprise which has remanufacturing business belongs to the closed loop supply chain, These products are sold again through the sales model, However, LD company’s remanufactured products are operated by leasing model, LD company has the characteristics of closed-loop supply chain in supply chain management, And make some contribution to the improvement of the environment, it saving a lot of wood.This paper analyzes the LD Company’s closed-loop supply chain operating system with product remanufacturing and leasing, and points out the current problems in the coordination of operations, and the solution measures are put forward from two aspects of process optimization and operation index coordination. Process optimization can further improve the system structure and improve the efficiency of operation and coordination. Analysis of "rental rate" data that can provide theoretical support for the operation of the LD company, if the operation index is maintained at a reasonable level, it can also measure whether the supply chain operating system is highly efficient.The first chapter briefly describes the background and the significance of the research, based on the analysis of the basic situation of LD Company; this paper puts forward the research contents, ideas, frameworks and methods.The second chapter is the research on the relevant literature of closed-loop supply chain and remanufacturing. This chapter introduces the LD Company’s operating system from the logistics, information flow and capital flow, based on the basic analysis of the closed-loop supply chain operation system theory. At the same time, the paper introduces the main business forms of the case, and explains the recycling model of closed-loop supply chain and the attribute of remanufactured product; In addition, this paper focuses on the importance of the "time limit for a project" in the operation of LD Company. Also it points out this article shortcomings as well as the subject of future research directions.To sum up, this paper analyzes the operation system of closed-loop supply chain of LD Company’s product remanufacturing and leasing, the general problems existing in LD Company are bad communication skills, operation decision-making slow, lacking of theoretical guidance on key data indicators, the paper puts forward a solution.
