A Study On The Policy Of Regional Economic Development In Heilongjiang Province

In this thesis, on the basis of combing the current regional economic policy research, attempts to study how to realize the healthy and sustainable development of the regional economy in Heilongjiang province, taking the economic development of Suihua as an example, and elaborates the enormous changes from the main economic indicators, large industrial project construction, the transformation of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and policy integration development. Further study the economic development of Suihua experience results and practical working methods. Research on Suihua’s experience in setting the focus of the development strategy, with emphasis on the township(town), promoting the new rural construction, active exploring effective way to rural reform, and building a upgrade economy in order to summarize, draw from and perform the good experience and practice in economic construction, and face its main problems of regional economic development. Through analyzing the causes of the problems, work out the countermeasures for the further advance of Suihua regional economic development and the construction of regional economic policy effect evaluation system. The thesis makes an empirical analysis of the regional economy policy practice in Heilongjiang province during the period of social transformation by using the experience and practice, put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to the problems which arose in it to perfect the regional economic policy and provide reference for Heilongjiang province regional economic policy implementation.
