With the enormous investment, the informatization construction of tobacco enterprises has got an outstanding achievement. As the changing of information technology and the consumption environment, tobacco enterprises should accelerate the application of new information technologies to meet the demand of retailers order in time with sustainable quality. Because of the deep combination of offline business process and mobile e-commerce, the mobile information system began to be widely adopted. Moreover, the study of information system adoption in mobile e-commerce has got more and more attention from scholars. Therefore, the research on the adoption mechanism of mobile terminals ordering system has important theoretical and practical significance in promoting the informationization construction of tobacco commercial enterprises.Based on the previous study of mobile e-commerce adoption theory, diffusion of innovations theory and survival analysis theory, this paper choose the phone ordering customers to adopt mobile terminal system behavior as the research object, to build a semi-parametric research method, that is the Cox model. The variables of the model include age, years of operation, scale, brand recommendation ability, market type and commercial area, and making corresponding hypothesis for each variable. In order to verify and analyze the hypotheses, the empirical methodology is applied. Firstly, based on the literatures, using Stata12.0, the proportion hazard(PH) rate fix of variables is tested by Residual Schoenfeld. There are five variables passed the hypothesis-testing except commercial area. And then, Cox proportional-hazards regression is the main tool to establish the evaluation model for the six variables. The results showed that the effect of scales and commercial area on system adoption is not significant. However, the effect of years of operation is positive and the effect of age, market types and brand recommendation ability is negative. According to the results of the empirical analysis, some reasonable advice is proposed for the promotion of the mobile terminals ordering system. The shortcomings of this study and some prospects for the future research were pointed out.
