Under the impetus of the economic globalization and rapid economic growth, the competition in the market of our country and overseas in the further, most of the goods from the seller’s market into a buyer’s market. Means of competition in addition to the traditional product, price, quality and after-sales service thereof payment has become necessary to market competition, and the use of credit for credit and credit has become the mainstream of the market at present.At present, our country is still in the period of transformation from planned economy to market economy, the market is still not mature, should be further perfect, relevant laws and regulations in the enterprise credit deficiency in commodity trading. Enterprises, however, due to the influence of traditional ideas, which is formed by the long sales link did not get the attention they deserve credit management, management system is not sound, lack of effective management processes and methods in our country enterprise has a certain universality. Some enterprises even appeared in order to expand sales, increase market share regardless of credit risk, seriously affected the enterprise’s survival and development, become a weak link in the enterprise management.In this paper, on the basis of extensive and in-depth research, with a review of the related research at home and abroad and comb, to sell link on the basis of the basic principle and method of credit management, to A company as an example, the manufacturing enterprise mainly adopts case analysis method, through to the A company sales link credit management system description, from the combination of theory and practice of analysis, and reveals the A company credit management problems existing in the marketing chain, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions on the existing problems.
