As deeper development of economic globalization and market integration, enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition. It is the only way that company can quickly adapt this new global environment to archive invincible marketing share with positive adjustment of development strategy, organization structure and company culture as well as business process improvement. This thesis gets analysis based on SAP-CRM implementation in MT Company, then do research within the process reengineering. MT Company has adjusted the global strategic with this integration of business process eventually.There are more than 40 daughter companies,10 thousands dealers and million customers over the world in MT Company. The original business process has limited the further development in the company. Each sub-company took own approach to deal with customer, more less the unified standardized business process. Some problems are identified after the analysis of current business process includes marketing process, sales process, service process etc. One important goal of MT Company’s strategy is to establishing a new integrated platform by the business process reengineering. Under that, a new business process is designed that all sub-companies must follow on. MT Company is working on this new integrated and standardization process in globally with the successful process reengineering and SAP-CRM implementation. For instance, common master databases, standard business process and fixed measurement of sales activities. Stand on the new platform, MT Company has gotten some good results that both sales revenues and customer scarifications are increased.
