Process Approach was originally proposed by the French representative of the classical management theory, one of the main Henri Fayol out, then the process of school management by the United States representative, Harold Koontz,William Newman and others are inherited and development. Today, the Process Approach of international standardization organizations will also be determined for the eight quality management principles. However, the concrete application of the process approach has been in its infancy.The purpose of this paper is to approach the application process by the two tools SIPOC map and map turtles, and actual work on the HW company analysis of the company operating procedures and the application of process approach to study ways to manage the process so as to provide an example of the application.Is the process of "input into the output of a group of interrelated or interacting in a group of activities" This element of the input is the input of resources, such as the production process of personnel, equipment, raw materials, energy or information and other resources, the output is the corresponding product or service. The input into the process is a value-added output of the process, any profit from operating activities of an organization are the one to achieve value-added process. Process method will process through the identification and establishment, provision of resources, performance indicators for monitoring, continuous improvement and other activities to manage the process, making the process added-value. Process is to convert the resource elements of value-added approach or process reengineering a tool whose purpose is to achieve organizational business objectives and improve efficiency. First steps in the management process approach is based on the organization identify the business objectives or customer requirements needed to process, then the classification process is divided into customer-oriented (COP) of the process and supporting processes (SOP) and management process (MP.) Second, the process will be used SIPOC map and turtle diagram analysis to determine the elements of each process, for example: S (Supplier) is the process of resource input side, I (Input) to enter the content, P (process) as the process itself, O ( output) the output of the content, C (customer) to process the output of the object. For the process itself, with a turtle diagram to determine the 5W1H (what is this process, how to do, who do, what resources, etc.), and finally a process for each will be required to establish performance indicators and continuous improvement of management (PDCA cycle).In this thesis, the process approach the application of advanced management methods to study analysis, a clear identification of the process, the establishment, implementation, performance monitoring, continuous improvement process and to study with practical, application of the method for the process to provide a reference example.
