Study On Planning And Construction Of Eco - Industrial Park In Kunming Economic And Technological Development Zone

Since entering the 21 st century, ecological and environmental problems highlighted as the traditional development pattern featured such as “mass production, mass consumption, mass abandon”. Besides that, other problems such as rapid growth of the world population, the excessive consumption of resources, the environmental pollution, the ecological damage, the natural disaster, also becoming a major threat to the future survival and development of mankind.Thus, the human being started to devoting themselves to alleviate the environmental crisis through various ways, to raise the concept of ecological construction is one of the very significant strategic direction.During the period of rapid growth, nowadays there are quite a lot industrial zones in China. Unfortunately, some of them ignored ecological benefits while focusing economic benefits; some of them still stuck in the "end of pipe" stage although understanding the importance of the environment, therefore resulted huge amount of wastes reflux to the nature under the high investment. The development of Industrial ecology and theory of industrial eco-park in Western countries over the past decade just provided a theoretical basis for the construction of our country in this regard.This thesis analysed the basic theory and research progress of eco-industrial park in domestic and abroad, meanwhile, based on a lot of research and set the Kunming Economic & Technological Development Zone(as follows: KETDZ) as the example, analysed from profile, natural, economic, ecological environment, industry development status, the status quo and evaluation of environmental impact, resources and energy recycling and pollution control, zone administrative mode of KETDZ. This thesis got goals of eco-industrial park construction of KETDZ, found deficiencies in construction, proposed ideas and safeguards planning of the construction through SWOT analysis for eco-industrial park construction of KETDZ. This thesis had a certain significance for eco-industrial park construction of KETDZ.
