Study On Food Safety Supervision Countermeasures Of Fangcun Tea Market

Food safety is a hot topic of social concern. There is a huge population in China.The quantity of food is large and complex. So any link errors may lead to food safety issues from planting to food production to storage to consumption. As people increasingly high demand for food, how to improve the efficiency of supervision of food safety by the government has become an important issue.To solve the problem of food security, national food safety regulatory reform launched in 2012. In this paper, the status of the domestic food industry to understand,and analyze problems of government regulation, more effective food regulatory system to Fangcun tea market as the research object by the method of countermeasure research. Fangcun tea market is the largest tea food retail outlets, which has a long history. So it has the typical significance to carry on the research to it. In this paper using depth interview method, observation method of tea food supervision related information were collected, through the material analysis, using BPR theory to the study of the countermeasures to solve the problem of food safety.The core content in this paper is divided into four parts. The first part is to discuss the Fangcun tea market of food supervision status, including tea food safety features, market operators, the reform of food safety regulatory system and the change of supervision departments and at the specific regulatory approach at this stage. The second part is to explore the main problems of food safety supervision in Fangcun tea market, including the regulatory chain, regulatory efficiency, coordination capacity.The third part is the analysis of the main reasons for the problems of food safety supervision, from the perspective of system, efficiency and law. The fourth part is to put forward countermeasures for food safety supervision, including perfecting the supervision system, improving laws and regulations, improving the efficiency of supervision.There are many problems in the Fangcun tea market, so the paper discloses the difficulties and other issues of food safety law enforcement in the perspective of law enforcement. And the analysis of food safety problems is from multiple perspectives,which is including the system management, the government guidance, the risk monitoring, the legal management, the standardized management, the professional management. The conclusion of this paper proves that the specialty of food supervision is strong and the situation is complicated. The defects in China’s current food regulatory system and need to law enforcement agencies, media, industry associations, consumers all social forces to catch condominium together, build is dominated by the government, social governance mode of regulation, in order to achieve the long-term stability of the food safety control system.
