The several practices have proven that the regional regime of anti-dumping depend on the level of such area’s integration. Without certain conditions, the multilateral anti-dumping rules will continually dominate the regional practice. And the regional anti-dumping arrangement will not be the option for China to mitigate the problems related to anti-dumping.
