As China’s economy is improved and its finance is diversified. the improvement of the residents` income change their investment finacial concept, people who buy finacial products instead of saving deposit change their old financial idea.As the devolopement of the bank finanacial business,more and more people who change their old financial idea buy bank finacial products which can make more money.Commercial banks issue different kinds of financial products for adapting to market demand, improve intermediate business income and the deposits, cultivate the customer`s loyalty too. China Merchants Bank(CMB for short) which is the national top retail banks, created the Golden Sunflower finacial product which is served for high-level individual customers at the very begginning of its establishment. Up to September 15, 2015, CMB who has been the second largest financial bank was subsisted 183.8 billion yuan,, its financial services had been showing a rapid orderly growth. But since September 2015, when the capital markets fell sharply and the credit supervision was tighting, the sellment of financial investment and product was suffered a lot, and its market encountered huge challenges,differnt problems was showed up, including financial products innovation weaknes sand wealth management talent shortage and so on,those problems is seriously affecting the business development of financial products, financial products need to innovate and upgrade urgenly.In order to solve those problems existing and promote our financial products of commercial bank`s development early and orderly, the paper whch summar izes recent investment development of BH branch bank`s financial products, as the breakthrough point of product innovation, is explored a lot to our country commercial bank financial products innovation and the product`s future upgrading and optimization.Include: 1. introduce the concept of bank financial products, point out the necessity of development, and with the development of domestic and foreign financial products, illsustrate the development of the CMB financial products, especially analsyse the financial products "golden sunflower" detailedly; 2.Research the CMB BH branch recent business environment and its own characteristics, use the SWOT analysis method, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the development of financial products,poi nts out the problems of the BH branch. 3. On the base of the BH branch`s disadvantages and shortcomings, point out the future development strategy and the implementation step`s upgrading of products innovation and measures from the three aspects as product s, services, and agencies.All roads lead to rome. The rearsch of CMB BH branch`s personal financial has a universal character, provides a solution which the commercial banks enhance the competitiveness and innovation of finicail produscts.
