Research On Financial Credit Risk Of Supply Chain Considering Operational Risk

In recent years, supply chain finance as a new financing mode received extensive attention of academia and practice. But credit risk seriously affects the progress and development. In the process of China’s bank lending in the past, the enterprise credit risk evaluation focuses on the condition of individual financing business itself, such as analysis the company’s financial data. So the traditional commercial banks credit risk evaluation system can’t make accurately on supply chain financial credit risk assessment. Under the mode of supply chain finance, visiting to the overall supply chain credit, the bank will link the upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain to better control risk, thus to provide financial services to small and medium-sized enterprises. This article is based on the easing the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises. So it has important practical significance to alleviate the financing difficulties.Combining with the characteristics of supply chain finance and as the research center of the comprehensive assessment of supply chain finance credit risk, the paper discuss comprehensive evaluation of the supply chain and the introduction of financial credit risk, supply chain finance credit risk evaluation index system of building, the establishment of the corresponding evaluation model, and analysis and supply chain finance credit risk control. When establishing credit risk evaluation system, the paper based on giving full consideration to the characteristics of supply chain finance and combine with the real cases in the reality innovatively introduced operation risk assessment system. The paper introduce the operation risk assessment system and use the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(ahp) to determine the weights of indicators in the evaluation system. Based on the above analysis, the article concludes that the influence degree of various indicators of credit risk. The article finally introduces the countermeasures to avoid credit risk.
