Following with the modern enterprise's high development and the enterprise competition intensely, the resources of person of ability have been substituted for the land, the equipment, and the fund. And it has been the important property of the business community to gain the competitive advantage. And the enterprise senior person of ability (specialized technical person of ability, management managerial person of ability and person with leadership ability) becomes the enterprise scarce resources. The enterprise that has the senior person of ability would be in an impregnable position. But the person of ability selects decision acts the extremely important role, and receives more value from the enterprise at the same time. The standard may cause the prosperity and decline of the enterprise directly whether it is correct or not. Whether the senior person of ability selects succeeds or not is to be guided by the selects standard and to be realized by suitable selects method. This two links is important in the process of the enterprise senior talented person selects. It has the important theory and practical significance for the enterprise to select the talented person successfully and to pursue the biggest economy and the social efficiency.It is difficult to know with the Human's world. This article selects the concrete senior person of ability plan in province as the investigation data. And also uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to study the method of how to evaluate. This will have a certain reference value for the enterprise to select the suitable senior person of ability, expands person of ability troop, gain economy and the social efficiency.This thesis divided into seven chapters: The first chapter introduced the research background, the system structure and the research goal systematically. And promulgated the theory and the practical significance of the select standard and method research for senior talented person in the enterprise; Second chapter introduced the historical evolution of the select standard and method, and point out the question exists in the current enterprise. Third chapter proposed and elaborated the suit senior talented person select standard in the enterprise- "Ability firstly with moral character" creatively. Fourth chapter introduced and studied the content, the method of the senior talented person selects in the domestic and foreign enterprises. And carried on the real diagnosis analysis. Fifth chapter proposed the suits counter measure in view of the characteristic in the domestic enterprises. Sixth chapter proposed the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for the enterprise senior talented person select. And carries on the case analysis. Seventh chapter, Conclusion, Summarizes the full text and points out the fresh idea and the limitation of the thesis.
