Evaluation And Improvement Countermeasures Of Technical Innovation Ability Of H Textile Equipment Manufacturing Enterprise In Handan City

Manufacturing industry is an important part of China’s economic restructuring and industrial upgrading,and is an important indicator to measure a country’s international competitiveness.Technological innovation ability has become the key for manufacturing enterprises to obtain and maintain competitive advantages.In this case,the establishment of a sound evaluation mechanism of technological innovation ability,the systematic analysis of the elements and key links of technological innovation,and the proposal of corresponding countermeasures are of great significance for improving technological innovation ability and enhancing competitive advantage.This article uses literature review,qualitative and quantitative analysis,and survey questionnaire methods,and conducts research on relevant theories and literature at home and abroad.It starts from the core perspective of technological innovation capabilities,understands the actual situation of the textile equipment manufacturing industry,and fully integrates the technological innovation situation of H textile equipment manufacturing enterprise in Handan City,establishes an evaluation system,and proposes effective countermeasures.Firstly,this article elaborates on the background,purpose,significance,methods and other basic content of the research,describes the concept and basic elements of technological innovation,and forms a theoretical framework for the research.Then,the basic situation of the innovation capability of the case enterprise was analyzed,and the current basic problems in terms of innovation capability were elaborated: weak technological innovation foundation and low innovation driving ability;The cluster effect is not strong,and the enterprise characteristics are not prominent;The degree of correlation between enterprises is low,and the industrial chain is not long or wide.Secondly,the AHP fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate its technological innovation capability,determine its corresponding evaluation indicators,and calculate the corresponding weight values.Finally,the evaluation index system for the technological innovation capability of H textile equipment manufacturing enterprise is constructed.The final score of the calculation and evaluation result is 78.892,indicating that the technological innovation capability of H Textile Equipment Manufacturing Enterprise is above the average level.At the same time,combined with the data envelopment model,analyze the input-output situation of its technological innovation.Finally,based on relevant data analysis results,reasonable suggestions are given from four aspects: transformation of scientific and technological achievements,marketing capabilities,reasonable allocation of resources,and strengthening innovation investment.The research in this article can provide reference for the establishment of an evaluation system for enterprises’ technological innovation capabilities on the one hand,on the other hand,it can provide operational experience for the evaluation mechanism and response strategies of technological innovation for H textile equipment manufacturing enterprises and other manufacturing enterprises in Handan City.
