Technology Intermediaries Operating Mechanism

Technology Intermediary (TI), as the bridge and band between technology and economy, is helpful to develop science and technology cause, spread the technology fruit, strengthen the enterprise's energy and enhance the commodity economy. Researching on TI's operation mechanism and management rule will benefit our country's science and technology cause.In the first part of this research, I introduce TI's operation system in and abroad simply, and do the international comparison with six aspects, that is TI's support to the small and medium-sized enterprises, the law's completeness degree, the construction of university's science and technology garden, specialized operation and network business, to show our shortage in TI.TI's operation includes the internal business and the external cooperation. Then, to show Chinese TI's self-operation, I research on TI's position in the innovation system and its operation character, its function, and TI's value realization. In fact, TI needs the outside resource to realize its function, in the third part, I enumerate TI's cooperation with the outside financing, information resource and other technology intermediaries.TI's future development needs the endeavor from inside and outside, except its own consistent innovation, the society should create a helpful environment, mostly policy and law system. The fourtth part is about Chinese TI's growth and perfection, here I address TI's marketing innovation, the government's policy for TI, and the self-rule construction of TI.In this research, I adopt the tool of theory and practice combined, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis combined, and try deducing TI's value realization model to assist the clients to make decision. I wish the research and analysis in this thesis can do some help for the personnel in TI, consummate TI's service function and promote the development of science and technology cause in our country.
