Private Enterprise System Change And Innovation Research

In the 21st century, enterprises enter an era of knowledge-driven economy. Innovation has already become the engine of economic growth in various countries. It is the source from which enterprises develop. The innovation of the enterprise run by the private people can be analyzed from three aspects: technology, system and management. In order to carry on technological innovation, there must be the system and corresponding organizational innovation act as the guarantee. The system and corresponding organizational innovation are guarantee and prerequisite and motive force of the technological progress of enterprise' s steady development, and technological innovation put forward high demand for system innovation, offers lasting motive force for enterprise's development. System innovation is a precondition of enterprise's management innovation, not merely helping to expand the space of the management innovation, but injecting new vigor into management innovation again at the same time. The management innovation is the form of expression of system innovation. It is the behavior in practice of system innovation. In system innovation, culture innovation, including idea and theory innovation, is the prerequisite of enterprise's system innovation.In this paper, we intend to make some essential discussions through following 6 part system changes and innovation in the enterprise run by the local people mainly purpose. In the preamble of the first part, we have emphasized the position in development in the system innovation of enterprises. In the Second part, we have analysed the deep system factor of development concerning the system changes of enterprise run by the local people, combining the enterprise run by the local people and its development course. The third part is a key part of this text. In this part, we described the basic frame of system innovation of enterprise run by the local people, Including three respects connected with each other: the property right system innovation of enterprise' s is innovative prerequisite and motive force, the legal person's system of the enterprise administration structure is the guarantee, the innovation ofthe management is the realizing of the course of the enterprise s property relations and the administration structure. In the fourth part, we have introduced the enterprise system innovation modes of U.S.A. and Japan. In the fifth part discussed, we have pointed out the basic thinking of system innovation of enterprise run by the local people to the current situation of the system of enterprise run by the local people. In the conclusion, we have emphasized again the importance and urgency of system innovation of enterprise run by the local people in the new circumstances. The part of the appendix has enumerated relevant cases in order to quote the above-mentioned views about system changes and innovation as proof further.This text ensures the motive force of the stability and sustainable development of enterprises by arranging in effective system around a thread in describing, thus create the good system environment for advancing the technological innovation further, in order to realize the sustainable development of enterprises. This text thinks that, to ensure the stability and sustainable development of enterprises the enterprise run by the local people, we must make the innovation of the system much better. If the enterprise system does not be innovated constantly, other innovative activities of enterprises would not be effectual, it will not be lasting either. While enterprises is developing, the function of the system is shown by such the cost and income, encouragement and restraint, stability and development, fair and efficiency, whole and part as some two-dimentional relation reach balanced, in order to ensure the enterprise stabilized and developed continuously as one rich organization of efficiency. When we are analyzing the changes and innovation of enterprise run by the local people, we have adopted the historical analytic approach and paid attention to drawing lessons from the foreign mode. This text pays close attention to the meaning of cultural innovation in system innovation.
