In Chinese, trust means honesty and keeping faith, which is the essence of business and the best competing ways for an enterprise. So doing business honestly is the objective requirement for establishing socialist market economic system. In addition, it's a cry for WTO challenges for our country's enterprises. Trust is the essence for an enterprise winning in the market economy. At all times and in all over the world, it's rare for an enterprise to finish a great undertaking only by double-dealing tricks. The significance of this article is to establish a set of sincere business system can help an enterprise have rules to follow when it comes to sincere business, which will achieve good effects. An enterprise may make good credit standing and image and get further development. Thus the society will focus on morality and individual will get more satisfaction.This article is based on the theoretical research and a lot of Chinese and English data have been referred to. At the same time, by uniting the theories with the practices, the real cases are used to hold out the theoretical viewpoints, and in reverse, the drawn viewpoints are used to guide enterprises' practices. The research is done in the way of by discovering, finding and solving problems.The innovation of this article is to have confined trust from the angle of doing business, and put forward the conception of doing business honestly and established systematic trust marketing system model which including trust marketing environment, enterprise's trust marketing tactics, strategies' design and basic construction of the enterprise, trust construction of enterprise value chain and honest employees' training and management.This article is fallen into seven chapters. Chapter one is Introduction which introduce the background and meaning of selecting the title followed by researching ways, thoughts, main contents and innovation points. Chapter Two sums up the theory of trust marketing .From China to foreign countries, from ancient times to today, trusttheories as well as trust economics theories have been discussed. In the end social marketing theories and relation marketing theories related to trust marketing have been discussed. While the contents from Chapter Three and six are the emphases of this article. Firstly, Chapter Three enumerates briefly the phenomenon of the enterprise lacking of trust. However, Chapter 4 analyzes the reason for the phenomenon. Chapter 5 put forward the model of enterprise trust marketing system and makes the design for enterprise environment, tactics and basic establishment. Next Chapter 6 is about the construction of trust marketing system, including tactic construction, enterprise value chain building tactic alliance, cooperation construction between enterprises and social organizations and enterprise's employees' trust construction. The last chapter is conclusion which put forwards the problems enterprise should pay attention to when it engages in trust marketing. The enterprise should create sincere and honest market with the government and customers, which should based on dividing the work clearly and differentiating the responsibilities and rights.
