The system of parent-subsidiary Corporation has already become the most important organizational form of corporate groups. With the constant enlargement of the scale and quantity of corporate groups, how to effectively control and encourage subsidiaries becomes one of the focuses of parent-subsidiary Corporation management through performance evaluation. The performance evaluation of parent-subsidiary Corporation has its uniqueness, but the traditional studies on firm performance evaluation are mostly based on single enterprises, and they haven't already meet the need of the system of parent-subsidiary corporation, so it is necessary to structure the new theoretical system of performance evaluation of parent-subsidiary corporation in order to guide parent corporation in charge of subsidiaries effectively and promote the sound development of the system of parent-subsidiary corporation. The essence of the system of parent-subsidiary Corporation means that the control of parent-subsidiary Corporation is the core of parent-subsidiary Corporation system, so we propose the system of the performance evaluation of parent-subsidiary Corporation based on control process. According to the control process, the performance evaluation of parent-subsidiary Corporation includes input performance evaluation, process performance evaluation and output performance evaluation. Among them, the input performance evaluation includes personnel performance evaluation and supplier performance evaluation, and the process performance evaluation has three stages including innovation process and operation process and pro-sale process, and the output performance evaluation includes the customer performance evaluation and financial performance evaluation finally. There have the inherent factor logic relations among the three kinds of performance evaluation, namely that the improvement of the input performance does well to the optimization of procedure inside the enterprise, which can promote the realization of the output performance. So the three kinds of performance evaluation push ahead each other and can improve subsidiary's performance effectively, which is the same as the balanced score card.According to the difference of the control model of parent-subsidiary Corporation, we propose three kinds of performance evaluation models of parent-subsidiary Corporation-the process model, the output model and the balanced model. Because of above, combining the index system of the performance evaluation of parent-subsidiary Corporation, we identify the index system of differentperformance evaluation model. There have many factors that influence the control model of parent-subsidiary Corporation, so we need to consider various kinds of influence factors synthetically in order to select suitable performance evaluation model for the parent-subsidiary Corporation. After selecting the model of the performance evaluation of parent-subsidiary Corporation, parent corporation need to select the suitable performance evaluation method in order to implement the system of performance evaluation of parent-subsidiary Corporation. Because there has fuzzy information during the performance evaluation and the fuzzy method has some advantages, we adopt fuzzy method and AHP to analyze the implement course of performance evaluation of parent-subsidiary Corporation with the balanced model as an example. In a word, this system of performance evaluation of parent-subsidiary corporation is based on control process distinguishes from the traditional one, and it also does good to further perfection of the balanced score card(BSC), So we hope that the new system of performance evaluation can play a certain guidance role to the management practice of parent-subsidiary corporation in our country.
