Liberalization Of The Trend Of The Current Development Of China's Service Trade And Countermeasures

With the deepening constantly of liberalization trend of global economy, the development of international service trade moves to maturity slowly. Since the 1990s, the focal point of global economic competition has been turned from the trade in goods to service trade. The service trade has already become the fast-rising global department in economy, and its status and function in one country's national economy are increasingly important. Its flourishing degree becomes an important sign of weighing the modernized level. At present, our country has already entered a new stage of development building the well-to-do society and accelerating advancing socialist modernization in an all-round way. It is impossible to realize modernization without prosperous service trade. The 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China had put forward clearly, " accelerate the development of the modern service trade and improve the proportion in national economy of the tertiary industry ". So, we must develop the service trade in a more cost-effective manner.This paper mainly illustrates the points in five aspects:The first part, analyzes the theoretical foundation of international service trade mainly. Through Examining the real example of practicing to China's service trade, I point out that the development of international service trade of our country, should change direction from "Depending on the comparative advantage simply" to " forming one's own competition advantage " Namely, turn comparative advantage into the competition advantage, and Construct the national competition advantage of China's international service trade gradually.Second part, mainly analyzes the main behavior of liberalization of the international service trade. Day liberalization trend of service trade is the concrete reflection of the liberalization trend of global economy and the economy interdependent of various countries. With the deepening constantly of liberalization trend of international service trade, the competition that the service trades of various countries face will be more vigorous, China should adopt the corresponding countermeasures.The third part, explains the development trend of service trade of our times, points out that Service trade has the trend of higher speed, high technology turn, disguise and non-equilibrium in our times, and the international division of variouscountries is based on competition advantage For this reason, China should contrast the developed country and some developing countries, look for the distance of going on business, learn from them at developing international service trade and raise the development level of the our country's international service trade, Keep up with the current of the development of world.The fourth part, analyzes the current development situation of our country's service trade, Since reform and opening-up, China's service trade has obtained tremendous development, but the international service trade of our country is still at an early stage of development, and there are a lot of problems urgently to be solved. The existence of these problems causes the Chinese international service trade lack the competitive advantage in international competition, limiting the development of the Chinese international service trade seriously.The fifth part, directly against the question that china service trade exists at present, drawing lessons from the experience of the flourishing nation, proposes how to improve the development level of service trade by improving the international competitiveness of service trade,In summary, the service trade of our country has obtained the achievement attracting people's attention after reform and opening-up.
