Among the oligopoly competition of the telecommunication, the former products of the WenZhou telecom were distributed by other telecom companies. Under such serious situation ,how to keep the sustainable development of our company? And where is the new growth for the new products and new services? Aiming at these focuses and difficulties, this paper will give you an analysis about the current situation of this enterprise as well as the drastic competition in the telecom market. With the permission given by the relative authorities, we should be clear about the future developing tendency and our own characters and accordingly chose PAS(Personal Access System) as one of our competitive products to promote our sales. In the following years, we are supposed to find a proper position for PAS in the market and at the same time establish a potential consumer group by using a series of marketing tactics. Nowadays, the PAS is becoming the fastest increasing product among all the products of WenZhou telecom.Under such situation, in oder to maintain and steady the development of PAS and keep its increasing momentum, it is very necessary to promote the brand of the PAS and cultivate the comsuming habits for the PAS. Only by doing this, we can fulfill our management thinking.Branding strategy is one of the important tactics for the current enterprise. Setting up the branding strategy is the gurantee for the sustainable development of the enterprise. Especially in the oligopoly market, a product would lose its allotment and even be replaced by other products if the branding stragedy would not be taken into account.How to set up the PAS's branding strategy ? In the following,it will give you four tactics. First, setting up a good network ,for the network is the foundation and the guarantee to make new way in the PAS market. Second, we must use different kinds of marketing strategies, such as selling at a preferential price or combining various kinds of special priviledge together to increase the number of our customers and the market share. Third, we can also try to set up plenty of marketing channels in the society in order to broaden our managing stragety and attract more customers. Fourth, to enhance our service. As we all known, the competition in the telecommunication is actually the competition of service. Luckily, one of the key competitive powers of WenZhou telecom is our good service. Such an excellent service provided a powerful safeguard for the development of PAS. We enjoyed a good reputation in the market and also won wide trust among customers, which was a precious basis for the futher development of PAS in WenZhou Telecom.In a word, based on the current developing situation, the branding strategy of PAS be a guidance to the promoting of WenZhou market, the strengthening of PAS trademark andthe management of our enterprise.
