In the face of the fierce market competition environment, the sales of Wenzhou DM electric company seems paused and appeared downward trend in the recent years. This trend must be checked in time, otherwise it will endanger the survival of the company. In view of this, studying the development strategy of Wenzhou DM electric company business is necessary.This paper analyzes the external environment and internal environment of Wenzhou DM electric company with PEST tools, Porter’s five forces model and SWOT matrix. Then it puts forward the company’s business development strategy posture. This paper proposes the company business development path and specific action selection with the product-market strategy matrix, then lists the relevant measures action needed.Through this study, Wenzhou DM Electric Company should adopt the strategy of market penetration and market development to expand its business. Around these two strategy, Wenzhou DM Electric Company should focus on strengthening the delivery management, sales channel development management and brand promotion management. Then it should build corporate culture to adapt to implementation of the strategic plan, optimize the organizational structure, clear job responsibilities and construct a reasonable salary system.I hope that Wenzhou DM Electric Company can get rid of the present plight of the business downturn and reach a higher level by this study. Meanwhile, I hope this paper has certain reference value for the enterprises similar to Wenzhou DM Electric Company in the formulation of business strategy.
