This thesis aims at finding good marketing strategies and tactics of WebShanghai.Com, Ltd.Established in 1999 with Shanghai Information Investment Co., Ltd. (Sll) as the major investor, WebShanghai.Com, Ltd. Specializing in high-tech business in Shanghai, WebShanghai.Com, Ltd. was one of the enterprises that recognized and granted the title of "Shanghai Software Enterprise". WebShanghai.Com, Ltd. 's products, namely, the Shang Hai Tong software series have been put to use in and achieved satisfactory successes with many of the leading chain enterprises like supermarkets. For this, Shang Hai Tong software series were awarded the title of "Shanghai Excellent Software Product".Till now, WebShanghai.Com, Ltd. is always engaged in developing and researching it's products ,it has no marketing strategy and tactic.However ,with a variety of changes in marketing environment that surface out.it is faced with the necessity of making good marketing strategy and tactic of WebShanghai.Com, Ltd. The right direction means enormously to the future of the company.First of all is introduction, the author makes a brief introduction of the motivation of writing this thesis and the main methods. In the first chapter, the author makes a brief introduction of WebShanghai.Com, Ltd and it's marketing actuality. Then the problems of the company and the purpose of this thesis are proposed. The second chapter is briefly introducting the theory of markrting strategies and tactics. The third chapter is analyzing the marketing environment. The author use marketing theory to analyses the marketing environment, find out external supply chain managent software development and market capacity of market.The fourth chapter is analyzing the industry compete and company's operation environment, strengths, weakness etc, with SWOT methodology and TOWS methodology. Then make feasible advice for marketing strategies andtactics in the fifth chapter. At last the author gets the brief conclusion of this thesis. As said in this thesis, The WebShanghai.Com, Ltd's problems are: technology oriented,Producets are leading in technology and have huge market but have no good marketing strategies and tactics ,no good sell achievement and cash flow.So the strategies for WebShanghai.Com, Ltd are absorbing venture capital, annexing some moderate or small competitors developing stategy and actualizing otherness competitive stategy . The tactics for WebShanghai.Com, Ltd are developing sell channels and service network,developing new product.advancing brand worthy.enlarging marketholding.
