In the present dissertation, we research a kind of three level logistics networks systems integrating inventory and transportation decision by the thought and method of system analysis, so as to improve level of logistics running. As it actually has fluctuation, the demand is treated as stochastic variable. The whole system force into three sub-issues, including transportation, the shortest path and the combination optimizing integrating transportation from distribution center to the client and inventory .In order to solve these problems, the following procedures are taken: to carrying on a detailed qualitative analysis first, then to set up a mathematics model which is closed to the actual constraints, and meanwhile solve vehicle routing problem and the combination optimizing integrating transportation and inventory through GA-SA algorithm and iteration algorithm, finally computer programmers are wrire . computational experiments are done to show that the performance of the GA-SA algorithm and optimizing of the system are excellent, based on a set of test problems, and the optimization parameters of the algorithm are obtained.
