Tobacco logistics is as a development strategy for the tobacco logistics link. To make the sustained and rapid development of tobacco logistics becomes the key factor to promote its competitiveness and brand effect. The research of tobacco logistics mainly focuses on the location of distribution center and transfer station, path optimization and regional distribution. which shows there is market “segmented”. The thesis discusses on soft time Windows that based on the BaiSha logistics of region partition distribution optimization problem, that has important practical significance.The thesis puts forward the grid clustering method to divide the distribution area of customer groups about BaiSha logistics that based on administrative region division and personal experience of the existing distribution to make the distribution of customers imbalance and transpolar routes unreasonable. Distribution area of the grid method is used to conduct a preliminary clustering, and then by using of k-means clustering algorithm achieve a better clustering results, to ensure customer distribution uniformity. In view of the regional customer builds the distribution model based on soft time Windows further, and uses the genetic algorithm. The feasibility of the model is verified by an example.In view of the customer, the thesis is studied based on soft time Windows distribution optimization, and ensure the timeliness and customer satisfaction, to improve logistics service quality and efficiency of BaiSha logistics, That has certain actual practical value.
