| With the development of society and economy, our transportation and traffic develops greatly, and several transportation measures, including railway, highway, water carriage and aviation act, develops harmony. Nowadays our country has already built up the integrated rational transportation system. But our transportation industry can't adapt county economy and society development requirement. Though the analysis of transportation value and economy cost, the paper tries to give measure for them, and uses theory of transportation value modulus to appraise transportation measures moderation and it's optimize problem. |
