China's Military Enterprises Financing Model Study

Capital is the basic requirement for permanent manufacture and operation in an enterprise. Along with the adjustment of national macroeconomics, there are many problems that an enterprise need to meet. It is significant that enhance the capital management and improve the enterprises' operation especially in national-run enterprises. Currently, our national military enterprises are in such dilemma that not familiar with the way of market economic method and result in bad effect.The key-point of the article is how to innovate a new financing mode for our national military enterprises. Finally, it presents four kinds of modes for our national military enterprises by methods of comparing and analyse, concluding and deducting from the points of economics, finance, accounting, which are fiscal leading mode, both indirect and direct financing, stock reform, joint venture.Chapter one presents the theory background, studying method and frame, analyses and compares the methods of enterprises' financing on the basis of studying both at home and abroad.Chapter two is regarding the basic theory of enterprises financing, which mainly focus on the definition, meaning, assortment and three main kinds of western enterprises financing that include Traditional Theory of Enterprise Finance, Modern Theory of Enterprise Finance and the New Theory of Capital Structure.Chapter three analyses and compares two modes of financing of enterprise in the world and its impact to our enterprises, including securities business leading mode in US, main bank mode in Korea.Chapter four is the innovation of the thesis, which pay particular attention to the preliminary analysis of military enterprises financing innovation situation , then put forward the military enterprise financing innovation basic mentality and measures.Chapter five analyses two different kinds of cases, quotes some actual information ,data and examples to proof it, and base on it put forward the mode for the 404 plant which on going reform.Chapter 6 presents the conclusions and prospects of the article.
