Research On Financing Strategy Of SZ Sci-tech Corporation

Since the reform and opening up, small and medium-sized enterprises in our country have developed rapidly and become an important force to promote China’s economic development. Because most of the small and medium-sized enterprises are private enterprises, there are many problems, such as poor quality, short life force, weak anti risk ability and so on. Many problems restricting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country, such as policy, talent and tax, but the influence of the top issue for the survival of small and medium enterprises is financing problems. How to get more external funds, to provide adequate protection for the development of enterprises, has become the top issue in the face of small and medium enterprises.High tech enterprises are the backbone of China’s small and medium sized enterprises. This paper selects the SZ technology limited liability company(hereinafter uniformly referred to as the "SZ technology company) as the object of study, through research and Analysis on issues related to the financing strategy of the company, to provide ideas and suggestions for some of the financing strategy for industry related enterprises. SZ company is a high-tech small and medium enterprise, with the increasingly fierce market competition and accelerate the upgrading of products, the company is facing strong financing demand. Based on the elaboration of related financing theory, through reviewing the history of finance SZ science and technology company, find out a series of problems appearing in financing of SZ science and technology company. On the basis of detailed analysis of the external macro environment and internal environment, using the SWOT analysis method to judge the company’s actual situation, and then put forward for the choice of countermeasures. Finally in the analysis of capital demand forecast, I put forward the various ways including both inside and outside financing strategy which can suitable for the company. At the same time, with the company’s financing strategy is better implementation is proposed in this paper, series such as improving the modern enterprise system, improve the internal management level financing supporting measures, hope to be able to solve SZ technology company financing problems in one fell swoop, making the company future sustained and healthy development.I hope the research results of this paper can provide some reference for the related enterprise financing.
