Hunan The Jingxin Company Production Management Optimization

With further development of the global economy, the market competition has become more and more intense. Great changes have taken place in the environment which modern enterprises are involved comparing with that of the past. How to reduce product costs and promote product quality is an urgent problem of modern enterprises. Therefore, the production management, as the core part of the enterprise management, brings into relief its important position increasingly. Currently, the production management mode of domestic soft packing enterprises has already not adapted the demand of market changes nowadays, and the management of those enterprises need to be developed toward scientific and information-based direction.By applying modern production control theories and studying and drawing lessons from foreign advanced production control technique and methods, this thesis analyses earnestly the actuality of production management system of Hunan Jingxin company and finds out the existent problem. It investigates and discusses how to plan and organize and control effectively in production tache using scientific method of management to obtain the purpose of reducing cost and promoting product quality and optimizing the production management. Through earnest analyzing and studying, the combined production control technique of MRP and JIT has been chosen, and the existing production control mode has been renewed by using advanced plan function of MRP and strong control ability of JIT. Leading by modern production controltheories and combining the principle of MRP & JIT, the existent production management system has been optimized from three aspects of plan, organization and control. With further deepening on the basis of the mode of MRP/JIT, an optimized model of production plan and dispatching has been built up, and the application of this model has also been explored.The result of study will help Hunan Jingxin company to promote the production control level, and to raise its economic performance, and to strengthen the ability of competition. It also can be used for reference of other enterprises in domestic soft packing industry.
