In this changeable market environments, so many lose-moral behavior spring upamong the firms, and these behaviors seriously affected the markets circulation.Therefore, "business transparency" principle has born out.Business transparency include four aspects: first, The firm's opening its businessinformation to the shareholders initiatively;second, motivating the trust between thefirm's employer and its stuffs, third, requesting the firm against business bribesautomaticly as well as increasing its social responsibility. In this article, the writer wants to find out the relations between the businesstransparency and firm's behavior. Business transparency has analyzed by three aspects:firm aspect, market aspect and government aspect. In the firm aspect, businesstransparency contribute to increasing the firm's performance, improving the firmgovernor structure. In the market aspect, business transparency forms "reputationobligation" and creates "reputation rent" for the firm, therefore it bring thecompetition advantage for the firm. In government aspect, business transparency andgovernment transparency influence each other, and it improve the governmentefficiency, weakened intervene of the government. All of these construct a betterenvironment for the firms. At last, the writer believe that, business transparency play a important roles indeepen Chinese enterprises reform, motivating Chinese enterprise management skills,improving Chinese firm's visualize and ensuring Chinese company's firms governorstructure reform.
