Nowadays, real estate sector is playing a great role in national economy and becomes the pillar industry in china. Real estate industry, which is based on plenty of funds, will not develop durably without financial support. In fact, banking loan is the biggest financing channel, offering more than 70% of fund in this industry. However, the channels to obtain such support are scarce in China presently. Because of the existence of various facts such as more and more limitations set by banks to get a loan, lacking financial instruments and etc. So it is difficult for China's real estate companies to gain opportunities for further development.
