Power is ability which can change others' will, economic strength has always been an instrument of political power. Friction the analyzing the case of textile trade friction among the china , US and EU, this dissertation focuses on explanation how power use economic strength and political effort restrict other country and the complex political dynamic behind the economic action.Nowadays, the textile industry takes the very important role not only in the developing countries but also in the developed ones. The most outstanding evidence is that the textile industry spreads all over the world and offers the large number of job opportunities for huge amount of people. The value of textile industry's production takes also 6 to 10 percent of total amount of the value of production. For developing countries, textile industry is only a few fields that can be regarded as the comparative advanced areas and the resources of the direct profits.The textile industry is a traditional advantage industry of our country, which made important contribution for national economic development. Textile industry of our country also has stronger international competitiveness and depend on intentional market to higher degree.Fabrics and clothing trade are one of the disputable trade fields between developing country and developed country. "ATC" replace "MFA", which indicate fabrics and clothing trade moving toward track of liberalization. According to the "ATC", the quote of the textiles should be canceled in all-round way friction January 1, 2005. However, US and EU pressed China to limit its fabrics and clothes exports since the end of a global textiles quota system in January, arguing that the cheap goods are a threat to domestic producers and other country' exporter.Under of globalization background , I carry on the theory analysis of international political economy (IPE) and analyze how the political effect and economic action the process of the trade friction. I also pay special attention to the new changes in globalization time exploring the inherent mutual effects of sovereign and trade friction;origination and trade friction and changes of the political andeconomic relations between the developing countries and china.The thesis is divided into five parts and structured as follows:Part one examines the research development in international political economy and the trade friction, makes a survey of the theories and then review.Part two, first of all, instruction the theories of international political economy as research tool in this paper.In the third part, this part instructs the progress of the trade friction this time and the reason of the friction.The forth part is devoted to point out the economic explanation for the textile friction, reviews the world economic environment as background in the time trade friction and analyses the trade friction under the economic perspective in two trade theories.The last part, also the core of the research, is friction political perspective to analyze the friction. I explain this issue in three dimensional: in domestic political;in international relation;and some new concepts of globalization, just like sovereignty;regionalism;and the new changes in the political and economic relations among the developing countries.
