Erp-based Data Management Research

ERP is the integration management information system ,facing into Support Chain Management, and developed from MRP Ⅱ. In the more and more complex competition environment of Economic Globalizes, enterprises would face more pressure. The environment character is contest maxi effective information and resources, the surviving method for enterprises lie on the basic operations: master the dynamic status that about the trade, the market requirement and the development of competitive opponent, then build the long strategy and adjust the enterprises' steps. But what could assist to accomplish such a series of business operations? It need a strong-function management system, and ERP is ok.The theory of ERP has been developed from Support Chain Management (SCM), Manufacture Resources Planning(MRP Ⅱ). At the same time, abundant trade experiences have also enrich the content of ERP. But the combination of management and system implementing are not satisfied enough. Neither theory developer, nor ERP supporter, has ever combined the two important factors well. In the paper, author emphasize to explain ERP theory with the point of data management. With the idiographic data operation method, Main Produce Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) was realized; With the data pre-disposal, the management of business flow improvement was finished; With the evaluation to ERP data management, we could management the performance well.In the paper, the ERP data management mechanism was produced firstly, then the method base was built. According to Software Life-cycle theory, this paper takes the following steps: (1) Analyze the content and process of ERP pre-disposal; (2) Construct the ERP center data model with SCM model, and push out the assist data management of ERP; (3) Build the ERP performance evaluation model. It's worth to raise out that there are several innovations in the paper: Firstly use the data-mining concept of pre-disposal to explain the business improvement of ERP implement, analyze the ERP critical business flow with the system opinion, and the point of data management.
