The Supplier Evaluation And Selection Model Research On ERP Supply Chain Management

Since 1990s, with the development of the information technology and productivity, the global market competitions become increasingly fierce. Customer's demands become more and more personalized. The importance of the supplier evaluation and selection becomes more and more outing in the supply chain management. To an enterprise, how to make the mutual cooperation, win-win situation when selecting the supplier is one of the most important problem. Therefore, how to choose appropriate suppliers and which method to select the suitable suppliers is the primary issues in this thesis.This thesis firstly introduces the current researches of domestic and foreign in supplier selection problem in Enterprise Resources Planning(ERP) supply chain, the status and function of the supplier evaluation and selection in supply chain, the model theory of the supplier selection strategy, all sorts of supplier selection method and their shortage and defects, particular introduces an improved Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) which uses statistical techniques, information entropy technique and the exponential transform technique. Not only the supplier evaluation and selection model is built basing on the improved Analytical Hierarchy Process, but also compare and analysis the improved AHP supplier evaluation and selection model and the standard AHP supplier evaluation and selection model, prove the viability and effective.The supplier decision support system (SDS) is designed based on the improved AHP supplier evaluation and selection which uses Java language and can be applied to the actual ERP supplier evaluation and selection. The system has the following characteristics:(1) the criterion system is flexibility and expansibility, the enterprise can insert, delete and modify the evaluation criterion according to market changes and the product's personality, and can evaluate and modify the score of the supplier's criterion; (2) the system uses the improved AHP supplier evaluation and selection model to evaluate suppliers selection, the system is feasible and universal; (3) the system design various graphics type, such as bar charts, pie charts and line charts, and the enterprise can directly know all kinds of information about the suppliers.
