With the globalization of the economy and rapid development of science and technology, Competition of inter-corporation has become increasingly intense and complicated. Under the circumstance of the severe marketing competition, western corporation especially multinational corporations start to form Supply Chain Alliance in global market. Supply Chain Alliance, as an innovation of organizational relationship, has been playing a vital role in modern corporations to strengthen competitive advantages.Presently, China has been a member of WTO and it is also a challenge and an opportunity for Chinese corporations. For the moment, many corporations in china have little power to compete with foreign corporations directly because they are restricted with the economy level in china and many of them are still in low level. At the same time foreign corporations become more powerful than ours in corporation scale, technology, product and so on by establishing Supply Chain Alliance. So it is an essential problem for Chinese corporations to solve by using the new competitive of Supply Chain Alliance in quickening the step of establishing Supply Chain Alliance in china, making the advantage-sharing and resource-sharing come true, accelerating the flow and the appreciation of the resource, Promote the sustainable development ability of enterprises.As the increasing of setting up Supply Chain Alliance, the function that the alliance plays is greater and greater, the theory of the Supply Chain Alliance obviously fail to keep up with the practice and makes it lack of effective support and guidance. Though theory circle make a large amount of research and domestic and international some relevant works have come out already, the theory and the frame is still not very perfect, we have no systemic research in the structure of the Supply Chain Alliance, the scale border, tactics of member to choose and the contract designNew Institution Economics is mostly used in lately economics research, and Game Theory is the methodology, which is also mostly used in recent days. This article uses some method of game theory in the category of New InstitutionEconomics to study several problem existed in the Supply Chain Alliance, the article studies the structure of the alliance, the scale of the alliance, the strategic selection and payoff change among the interacted members of alliance so as to provide Supply Chain Alliance with some theoretical guidance. The main research contents and conclusion are as follows:In the introduction, the article analyze current situation of Supply Chain Alliance, surveying the current results of the research, put forward applying New Institution Economics and Game Theory to study the issues relevant to the Supply Chain Alliance and significance of research.In the first chapter, by analyzing the international Supply Chain Alliance at the basis of current research, the article put forward the primary problem existed in the Supply Chain Alliance, viz. the exchange cost caused by the information structure and the problem of incentives caused by the special assets.The second chapter is the core of the whole article, in this section, the article divides the basic structure Supply Chain Alliance into Hiearchical Decomposition, Information Assimilation, Information Encapsulation and analyzes the type of mostly Supply Chain Alliance. From the angle of Evolution Game Theory the thesis also discusses the inherent evolutive mechanism of the Supply Chain Alliance.Secondly, the article presents the principle of friends chosen and the efficiency of the scale of the Supply Chain Alliance after the division of the structure style. From the angle of special assets, the thesis puts forward the general principle of the Supply corporations. By the mend of the Shapley value, the paper provides a measurement of the choice of the member. To define the efficient boundary of the Supply Chain Alliance by using the exchange cost theory.Again, the article applies the qualitative analysis to analyze the issues relevant to the Supply Chain Alliance after analyzing the scale of the alliance. Use the model of repeat game thesis and the race game to analyze the Supply Chain Alliance mentioned in the paper and find the point existed in the alliance.In the end, by considering moral hazard and adverse selection, the article sets up the Principal-Agent Model and studies the character of the contract.In the third chapter, the article studies the case of Supply Chain Alliance in our country at the basis of the economic analysis in second chapter and analyses andvalidates the conclusion relevant to the article from the angle of demonstration.Conclusions of the paper and some suggestion, the innovative results and the shortages are pointed out.
