Research On The Knowledge Sharing Of Supply Chain Alliance Based On Game Theory

With the rapid development of science and information technology,the capital economy is no longer the mainstream of economic development.The dominance of knowledge-based economy is becoming more and more prominent,which has become an important resource for enterprise competition and sustainable development and gradually put knowledge into the management theory and practice.As the progress of knowledge economy,the connection between enterprises is getting closer and closer.The competition among individual enterprises is gradually replaced,and the competition among supply chain alliance begins to turn white-hot.Gradually supply chain alliance is paid attention.Knowledge becomes the strategic resource of the supply chain alliance.The knowledge management is applied into the supply chain alliance,which can make full use of the advantages of the alliance knowledge,enhance the knowledge quantity and improve knowledge innovation of the enterprise.The competitiveness of the enterprise and response to the market environment is becoming more effectively.Knowledge sharing is the core content of the knowledge management.However,the factors including knowledge gap,alliance characteristics and alliance cooperation restrain the knowledge sharing of supply chain alliance.There is still a big problem in decision-making of knowledge sharing in supply chain alliance.So it is very important to further explore the knowledge sharing of supply chain alliance.Based on the game theory,the knowledge sharing of supply chain alliance is further studied.In this paper.The main work of this article is summarized five aspects as follows:(1)Based on background and significance of the research as well as the content of this research,the paper summarizes the knowledge sharing,supply chain alliance,knowledge sharing of supply chain alliance and knowledge sharing game of supply chain alliance,and then defines the research methods and technical routes.(2)This paper defines the research contents and the overview of relevant theories,including supply chain and supply chain alliance,knowledge and knowledge sharing,definition and characteristics of knowledge sharing in supply chain alliance,game theory overview,hypothesis and methods,the game relationship among knowledge sharing of supply chain alliance.(3)On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of knowledge sharing from three aspects this paper analyzes the influence factors of knowlcedge sharing in supply chain alliance,which include sharing willingness,sharing ability and knowledge characteristics and further clarifies two types of knowledge sharing of supply chain alliance.(4)Based on the types of knowledge sharing of the supply chain alliance,and the theoretical hypothesis of different types of the knowledge sharing in supply chain alliance,a suitable game model is put forward to construct symmetric and asymmetric knowledge sharing game model of supply chain alliance.(5)Analyzing the equilibrium results of different types of knowledge sharing in supply chain alliance,this paper gives corresponding policy recommendations.
