With the rapid development of knowledge economy, the acceleration of the economic globalization and the appearance of the WTO, the management environment of Chinese enterprises get more complexity, as well as uncertainty. With the appearance of globalization and the aggravation of competitiveness the enterprises of our country confronted with more and more severe competition. In order to improve compatibility and adaptability of themselves many security company are seeking for the effective manners to enhance and improve their performance measurements management. Performance measurement is a process of management and it is a important subject each enterprise has to be faced.The present study investigated the performance measurement of A enterprise profoundly, and posed the performance measurement system and specific assessment scheme of the enterprise. The thesis includes five sections, the first section is the introduction of the thesis, first of all, it introduced the present domestic and international conditions of performance measurement theory and practice briefly, analyzed the existing performance measurement problems of domestic enterprise systemically; then, it introduced the thinking, the method and the significance of the subject. The second part of the study is the problem analyzing section, it pointed out the importance and necessary of resolving the performance management problem by analyzing the present condition of security profession, the strategy and present condition and the problem of A enterprise and demonstrated the feasibility to carrying out performance management in A enterprise. The third part of the study is the scheme device section, it analysis the performance measurement system of the enterprise, and devised the assessment scheme of group and individual according to the above assessment device, investigated the quota of assessment, the criteria and the method of prizing and punishing. The fourth part of the study is to guarantee the scheme putting into practice effectively, and it discussed the prevention measure to guarantee the assessment scheme in brief, and to some extent it studied the assessment and improvement method for the scheme. It put forward the conclusion an inspiration of the investigation in the finally part of the thesis.The study analyzed the connotation theory, method and implement process of performance management systemically furthermore. The author explored the current situation, existing problem and the development tendency of domestic common enterprises. From the practice of performance management, applying practical analysis method, and according to the present situation of A Company, the present study analyzed the existing problems carefully. Moreover, it established the performance management system and operation system of the corporation in term of its advanced strategy. Meanwhile, the study undertook the scheme device and practical analysis aiming at the problems of performance management of ACompany, and put forward the specific operating thinking, modified the classification assessment, the marketing formula of all employment and the assessment technique in security business department, that expressed the practicability and serviceability of performance management.As a contemporary financial enterprise, the current phenomenon in performance measurement of A Company confronted with is not unique and specific, it exhibits general and representative properties.
