Technical Change Context Of Enterprise Evolution And The Relationship Of Environmental Interaction

There are more and more frequent technology changes in modern society, whose impacts are becoming more expansive and deeper. Technology change will arouse poignant changes of enterprise environment, which include overthrown rules and regulated structure of competition and industry. All these make enterprise meet the uncertainty they never met.Based on the related research both at home and abroad for reference, this thesis takes mobile terminal manufacturing industry and representative enterprise in it which is the representative of hi-tech industry in China as research objective. Discuss deeply with the dynamic course of enterprise environment evolves with time when technology changes take place, the evolvement course of enterprise and the inter-relationship between enterprise evolvement and environmental selection from the perspective of evolvement. The research purpose is to provide referenced tactics for enterprise on how to survive and develop in environment which emerge technology change.This thesis starts with the definition of the conceptions used in the research, then makes a review of abundant reasearching literature about the technology change, the enterprise environment and the enterprise behavior coping with the change of the enterprise environment. After summarizing the relevant reasearching literature, the thesis brings forward 3 researching model: the model about the relationship between technology change and enterprise environment change, the model about the environment evolvement, the model about the inter-relationship between the enterprise evolvement and environmental selection,as well as the paln of demonstration. The following part of the thesis is the case study to the technology and the environmen change of the mobile terminal manufacturing industry which demonstrate the first two model, the case study to the envolvement course coping with the environmental change caused by the technology change of Ningbo Bird Co.,LTd and Eastern Communications CO., LTD which demonstrate the last model. Based on the analysis of these case study, the thesis makes a deep study of the inter-relationship between enterprise evolvement and environmental selection from 3 aspects: the impact to the enterprise evolvement from the perceptive faculties.of the enterprise to the environmental change, the impact to evolutive state from the evolutive behavior of the enterprise, and the matching status between the enterprise and its environment.And the conclusion and academic prospect are educed too.
