Nowadays, the Globe has undergone enormous changes at anunprecedented rate than ever before.The competions between enterprises havechanged to the competions of supply chains;Now the Times of supply chainmanagement is coming towards us, weather a company will survive is highlydepend on the level of Supply chain management. Firstly, penman makes a review of the evolution of supply chain, someunderstanding of supply chain then was put forward by penman to introuducethe main body of this article. Secondly,I make a review of the concept usedin this paper. Some shortage of contemporary thorey of supply chain is givenby auther, then I try to give some solutions on the shortage.Chapter four is themain body of this article.The emergence of inner-supply chain is the result ofthe introuduction of market economy into company, then peaman do someresearch on the modularization of inner-supply chain.The model ofinner-supply chain module is also given in this part.I point out that theessence of inner-supply chain management is the conformity of corecompetence.In the end,peaman put forward that the only objective ofinner-supply chain is to improve the company's core competence.The lastChaper is the conclusion of this paper:The innovation of this paper is as follow: if market economy wereintrouduced into a multi-division company, people could use the theory ofsupply chain to deal with the relationships between the entities inside theenterprise,a supply Chain then will be built in the company which is dividedinto inner-supply chain and outter-supply chain. By the standard of sub-corecompetence, people could merge the sub-core competence of each moduleinto one enterpeise's core competence to maximize the profits.
