Because of the ever-changing consumer demand and the rapid development of science and technology, the business environment is undergoing a fundamental change. In order to hold advantage in the time-based competition, enterprises must to set up system responsiveness to the environment.Theories like agile Manufacture and agile Supply Chain meet new requirements of development, and promote the development of enterprises. But under present circumstances, there is lack of theories about agile logistics system.Meanwhile, traditional logistics system is not able to adapt to new environmental. So it is necessary to do some research about logistics system and logistics capability based on agile supply chain. The article firstly put forward the require of agile supply chain, state the common mechanism of agile logistics system and set up a general model referring to the structure of traditional logistics system. Then the article research on modularization of logistics capability,as following: Based on the past research and analysis of logistics system, the definition of logistics capability and the components of logistics capability based on supply chain are obtained. The article provides information of SCOR Model, carries out a feasibility demonstration of using SCOR model in the modularization research. On this basis, the first level and the layer configuration of logistical capacity SCOR model are accomplished.According to the characteristics and requirements of agile supply chain,a new system of logistics capability assessment is established. And a new process is provided based on the synthesis of fuzzy integral, fuzzy measure and AHP approach. At last, verification and justification of logistical capacity SCOR model are done with an example.A new way of thinking for the logistics system and logistical capacity is made.
