Service industry plays more and more roles in nowadays with theprocessing and developing of industrialization, IT and specialization.People pay more attentions to service industry, and researching on serviceindustry achieved great progresses. The time service industry meanings lowtechnical and income have gone away. on the contrary, service industry suchas consulting, banking, insurance and telecom have became the fastest growfield. In fact, service industry has been an important impulse onglobalization, many countries have already put service industry on a keyposition. Consulting service belongs to service industry, which is thereproducing process of knowledge. Consulting service focus on creativeresolving the management and problems to different clients and troubles,it has essential different with common ask-answer. There are no a fixedcourse of producing management decision and a tangible product satisfiedfor clients. Consulting service just help clients to achieve success withits own knowledge and wisdoms.In China, management consulting service has appeared more thanone decade. But there are on the elementary stage concerning understatingand running about position of target market, supporting of technical theoryand selecting of marketing strategy. Thesis will analyze and researchmanagement service consulting from business mode, features and relatedmarketing theory, then put forward some advices on marketing strategy ofmanagement consulting service.
