The industry of real estate is not only an import part of our country'smarketing economy but also one of the pillar industries in our nationaleconomy. It has close relationship with people's material production as wellas daily life and plays a significant role in social -economic activities ofhuman beings. Since opening up, especially during the past few years, withthe successful residential system reform and mature of real estate market, theindustry of real estate in our country has developed rapidly.In 2005, a series of macro-control policies have been enacted accordingto the operation status quo of the real estate industry. With effects of thesepolicies come to appear and the variation of land provision method, weakpoints in project management have been gradually exposed in many realestate enterprises. Meanwhile, the importance of preparation work of theproject begins to appear.Da Xing District, as a planned new city area, competition in its realestate industry has become fiercer day by day. Therefore, by analyzing factorsinfluencing the success of the project, one can comprehensively assessing thecompetition force of the project, which has become more and more importantfor increasing the forward-looking capacity in the project's success. Thisreport, through the analysis of the status quo and prospects of real estatemarket and competitive ability of the rival in Da Xing District, makes arelatively detailed assessment of a certain real estate project. The authorregards the project as competitive and feasible.Through analysis of economic, cultural and competition environment ofthe location of the project, some operating strategies have been made,concerning image, promotion, and price. Also, the risks and anti- riskmeasures in the project have been put forward.
