Yunnan New Industrialization Level Of Development Evaluation

The 16th Congress of the CPC constituted the policy of new mode industrialization, the strategy of invigorating the country through science and education and strategy of sustainable development Chinese traditional mode of industrialization is extensive and its emphasis is on the speed and benefits, it is at the cost of lots of consuming of resources, the damage of environment the low development of countryside and the benefit of peasant. After the long-term rapid growth, the economy cardinal number increased rapidly, if we still keep on the traditional modeof development, the supply of resources and the durability of environment will become frustrations that cannot be overcome. In effect, the contradictories on the recourses, environment and social development have been apparent, therefore it is necessary to consider carefully about the traditional mode of development. Under this background, it has been put forward that to make the GDP of 2020doubles two times of that of 2000 in the 16 'h national congress of communist party of china and to create a new mode of industrialization.
