The specialized market in China has been developing very fast since reforms and opens in China, and it has brought huge benefit to economy development of Chinese cities and countries. But at present there are many problems such as irrational layout, duplicated construction, and resource waste, etc. in commodities trade markets in China. In terms of the market economy's disorder situation in China, the Sate Council made an important deployment for rectifying the market economy order. One of the priorities to be rectified is commodities trade markets. Under the fierce market competition and the constraints of macro-environments, to strengthen self-construction in market and improve service level of market management has been the critical to gain competitive advantage.This thesis explores the factors that influencing service quality of market management in steel specialized market, aims for finding out some useful countermeasures on how to improve service quality of market management in steel specialized market and give references for those who want to improve service quality of market management in steel specialized market. The thesis'study for service quality of market management in steel specialized market is based on the perceived service quality model and the SERVQUAL scale designed by Parasuraman, Valarie and Zeithaml. And the thesis evaluates the management service quality in steel specialized market by studying the difference between experience and expectation of its service quality factors of market management.First, this thesis designs a set of service quality index system for steel specialized market based on the SERVQUAL scale and the actual conditions of the management service in steel specialized market. Second, Taking market management in LiangLi specialized market as the study object, this thesis has collected some related data about market management service by questionnaires. Third, using the statistical software-SPSS, this thesis made some analysis of the data and carries out the reliability test and validity test for the questionnaires.
