At the same time, the development of EC brings great opportunities and challenges to logistics. Therefore, analyzing logistics system are not only the requirements of traditional working, but also the needs of EC.The research history of logistics system has been long, but most traditional ways aim at seeking optimization of local parts and get optimized results through setting up certain mathematic module. Actually, there is a strong effect of"Benefits-Confliction", many local-targets are inconsistent in application. As a result, in order to analyzing logistics system well and truly, the author use systemic viewpoint and take EC as background to analyze logistics system of corporations so that we can find the best scheme.
