This article study three aspects of the logistics warehouse management model from the space resources, financial resources, human resources, and taking into account the interaction between space resources and financial resources.Corporate human resource demand forecasts induce, predict and research the number and the quality of human resources needed in the process of enterprise development scientifically from long-term interests of economic development as the fundamental starting point factors. There are many ways to predict Human resources, such as empirical prediction method, descriptive method, the Delphi method. We use goal programming to build a predictive model. The model establishes a goal constraint from five aspects which are the total profits of the enterprise, labor costs, training costs, the profit targets for each position, the number of human resources for each position. Although the forecast is not a high accuracy of science, mathematical model which is established according to goal programming to predict the data still have the reference value in human resource decisions. It can help managers make better decisions faster in the labor market fluctuations. It can also help business hire the number of employees clearly for business goals and strategic services.For space and resources of the more research of system money we Join constraint theory of probability theory static abstract logistics and warehousing theory of probability theory adding static constraints abstract logistics and warehousing system. system dynamics modeling techniques to logistics warehouse management system money, space resources for analysis using the method of simulation-based systems thinking software, logistics warehouse management system on these two resources together, the use of object-oriented modeling approach dedication and gives an empirical study.
