Eva Index-based Valuation Model Study

The market economy develops at very fast speed and the economic globalization is the ultimate trend of economic development. Our country complies with this historical trend actively. With the development of the security market, the enterprise's value evaluation has become more and more important. Enterprise's value evaluation model based on EVA index appears at the historic moment. EVA Value Evaluation Model derives from EVA index and traditional model, it evaluates enterprise's value from the shareholder's angle, and it reflects the inherent value and the intrinsic value of the enterprise.
