Research On Value Evaluation Of SUNNING Enterprises Based On Economic Value Added

The development speed of capital market in China is constantly increasing.Affected by this,more and more people begin to attach importance to enterprise value.How to evaluate it scientifically is an urgent problem for many scholars and managers.The traditional value evaluation methods have some shortcomings,and can not meet the needs of the new industry value evaluation.Therefore,the economic added value assessment method is considered to be one of the most scientific methods at present.Economic added value evaluation method not only considers the impact of capital cost on enterprise value,but also considers the expected growth ability of enterprise.It is a reasonable and appropriate value evaluation method for users.This paper selects Suning e-commerce,a typical representative enterprise of the new retail mode.The reason is that the enterprise is in the leading position in the retail industry and takes the lead in enterprise transformation,aiming to create a new retail mode integrating "online and offline".First of all,this paper expounds the emergence and development of the new retail model,and clearly discusses the role of its enterprise value.Then it analyzes how to evaluate and compares the advantages and disadvantages of EVA and traditional evaluation methods.Then it analyzes the specific cases,adjusts the relevant financial data and calculates the historical EVA value from the perspective of EVA,and observes the gap between it and the traditional accounting indicators.Finally,through the analysis of the expected financial environment,this paper uses the two-stage model of economic added value to evaluate the enterprise value of Suning e-commerce,so as to get the main factors to improve its enterprise value,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions to improve the model.
