Follow-up Management Of The Venture Capital Research

Innovation and venture business drives the speedy development of venture capital, but at the same time brings into many difficulties to the venture capital, among which how to manage the venture after the investment is the main difficulty for the venture business.Starting from the market origin and operation theory of investment, this paper discusses the importance of post-investment management, the function of the post-investment management after the completion of the investment and defines the post-investment management from three aspects, time, contents and targets. The author believes that the difference between venture business and ordinary investments lies that the former provide a function of 'value-added management' to the developing enterprises, which penetrates to the dynamic developing process by means of post-investment management.The post-investment, which theory is based on and involved the whole management system, is comprehensive and should be practical, since it is to ensure the security of rights and interest of the venture capital and to improve the performance of the venture business.
