Research On The Development Strategy Of Value - Added Service In Venture Capital

The Chinese venture capital industry has made great achievements over the past thirty years development. However the business environment has changed greatly which made most of venture capital institutions realized that it is necessary to adjust their development strategies for new market situation.Through the combination of theoretical analysis and case analysis method, the article analyzes the present situation and strategy of the development, and the business environment changes and facing problems for the venture capital industry in China, also illustrates the objective, function and meaning of the value-added services. Meanwhile the article focuses on the difference between value-added service and the passive management that country’s venture capital institutions implemented in the past years, and the participation way, realization mode, realization principle,process system of value-added services and the method of improving value-added service capabilities. The Venture capital institutions will implement the path for achieving value-added service development strategy, and the process of value-added service development strategy implementation may encounter risks and take the countermeasures which are also introduced.
